The food here is a blend of the modern and classic with every dish crafted to get the best from the finest ingredients available. All steaks are dry hung, Scottish and made from single muscle cuts using French butchering techniques to ensure that the very best care is taken of every piece of meat that a customer can enjoy. Sauces and ice cream are made on the premises to guarantee the best flavours and to make sure that artificial colours and preservatives do not appear anywhere near our kitchens or customers. There are menus to view but be aware that menus change with seasons to get the best ingredients available at different times of the year.
